What does this mean??
Here's how it works:
It will cost 10.00 to enter and you will
get 3 packs of magic.
All players in the tournament will choose one card from each pack and pass it to the next player until all cards are gone. You will continue this process until all cards are finished. You will then construct a deck from only those cards ( with the exception of lands that you can add ) ...
